CrossFit 101

All new members attend the complimentary CrossFit 101 training course. It starts with a thirty minute one on one session with a trainer to introduce the new member to the gym.
We will then schedule you into your first class to learn fundamental moves. The classes will be small so we can give you a great deal of individual attention and you will usually be able to complete CrossFit 101 within two weeks. During each session you will perform a mini-WOD (workout of the day).
Upon completion of CrossFit 101 you will receive a certificate acknowledging your successful completion of the course. You will now have the basic tools and understanding of the CrossFit program to join the regular daily classes in achieving your fitness and health goals.
You can also take the option of personal coaching to fast track CrossFit 101 if you desire. Generally people choose this option that cannot make the times for our ‘Group’ classes.

CrossFit Classes

The class is one hour and involves all the elements of functional movement that make up CrossFit training, all scaled to suit your level of fitness and ability. Classes run throughout the week and the focus is on a fun workout and learning new skills.
We advise a three days on, one day off or two days on and one day off training program – it is important to rest and recover between workouts to get the most benefit from your training.
The class WOD (workout of the day) is posted daily, but don’t use the WOD to choose your training days, keep to a training schedule and do what comes up. This is the best way to achieve your fitness goals.
You can also take the option of personal coaching to fast track CrossFit 101 if you desire. Generally people choose this option that cannot make the times for our ‘Group’ classes.

Interval Theory

Interval Theory is the perfect solution – for those wanting to do CrossFit but not the technical weightlifting … or for those that might want to gradually increase their training capacity to begin our regular program.
Interval Theory is designed for all levels of fitness from couch potato to fitness enthusiast and our professional scaling will allow you to get the best workout to fit your intensity level. This is a super fun and efficient way of improving your fitness and still be a part of our awesome CrossFit community.
Your training session will last no more than 60 minutes in getting you into peak condition in no time at all. It will involve warm up and cool down activities with the actual workout usually lasting between 10 to 20 minutes. The workout will involve functional body weight movements and use light to moderate loads, including dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls.
You can participate in Interval Theory without completing CrossFit 101 and it is a great gateway to eventually joining the regular CrossFit program.

Our personal trainers have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They can provide advice on all aspects of health and fitness during one-on-one sessions.
They are experts in helping those who are new to exercise start the journey towards a better life, we offer support and structure and hold you accountable to ensure success. Our personal training isn’t exclusively for those starting out; if you want to take your fitness to the next level or want specific weakness training we have fantastic coaches who will work with you to help you to achieve your goals.
Our trainers also specialize in weight loss, body composition, sport specific training, lifestyle management, and other health and fitness issues.
